For app support, please include your device type, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send private pet records, photos, or files unless they are necessary for your request and you choose to include them.

Data Deletion Requests

Palbook does not require an account, and most app content can be deleted directly from your device by deleting records in the app or uninstalling the app.

To request deletion of purchase-related data associated with RevenueCat, email us with the subject "Palbook data deletion request". We may need your Google Play order information or other purchase details to locate the purchase record.

Premium Restore

Premium purchases are managed through Google Play and RevenueCat. In the app, use Restore Purchases on the Palbook Premium screen while signed in to the same Google Play account used for purchase.
