For app support, please include your device type, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send private pet records, photos, or files unless they are necessary for your request and you choose to include them.
Data Deletion Requests
Palbook does not require an account. You can delete Palbook data in the app from Privacy & Data by choosing Delete Palbook data.
For the full deletion steps and details about what is deleted or retained, visit the Palbook Data Deletion page. If you cannot use the in-app deletion option, email us with the subject "Palbook data deletion request".
Premium Restore
Premium purchases are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat. In the app, use Restore Purchases on the Palbook Premium screen while signed in to the same store account used for purchase.
