Delete data in the app
Palbook does not require an account. To delete your Palbook data, open the app and go to Privacy & Data, then choose Delete Palbook data. Confirm the prompt to continue.
Before deleting, please export or back up anything you want to keep. Deletion cannot be undone from Palbook.
Data deleted from this device
The in-app deletion option deletes Palbook data stored on the device, including:
- Pet profiles
- Memories and memory media managed by Palbook
- Care records, reminders, contacts, documents, ID documents, vaccines, and weight records
- Local Palbook backups
- Local preferences and settings stored by Palbook
Purchase-related records
Palbook uses RevenueCat to manage Premium purchase entitlement and restore purchases. If Palbook can identify a RevenueCat customer linked to this installation, the in-app deletion flow also submits a request to delete purchase-related records from RevenueCat.
Google Play payment records, tax records, fraud prevention records, security records, and other legally required records may be retained by Google Play, RevenueCat, or LittleSix Studio where required or permitted by law.
Deletion request processing
Palbook may send a minimal deletion request to Supabase to process the request. Successful deletion requests are removed after processing. If automatic purchase-record deletion cannot be completed, minimal request details may be kept only as long as needed for manual follow-up.
If you cannot use the app
If you cannot access the in-app deletion option, email us at littlesixstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Palbook data deletion request". Include your app version, device type, and any purchase information needed to identify your RevenueCat or Google Play purchase record. Do not include private pet records, photos, or files unless they are necessary for your request and you choose to include them.
