Overview
Palbook is provided by LittleSix Studio. Palbook is designed as a local-first pet memory journal. Your pet profiles, memories, photos, files, reminders, notes, and other content you create in the app are stored on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up, or otherwise send them outside the app.
We do not use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics in the current release.
Information We Collect
Palbook offers optional premium features through Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases. To provide purchases, restore purchases, and manage premium access, we use RevenueCat, a third-party purchase management service.
RevenueCat may process purchase history and related purchase status information, such as whether a purchase is active, restored, refunded, expired, or otherwise changed. This information is used for app functionality and purchase analytics.
When you request deletion of Palbook data in the app, Palbook may send a minimal deletion request to Supabase so that the request can be processed and, when linked to this installation, purchase-related records can be deleted from RevenueCat.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Palbook may show banner ads to free users. Premium users do not see ads. To provide ads, Palbook uses Google Mobile Ads, including Google AdMob. Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, device identifiers, app interaction data, advertising data, approximate device information, IP address, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, consent handling, and ad performance measurement.
Local App Content
The following content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers by Palbook:
- Pet profiles
- Memory posts
- Photos and videos selected by you
- Files and documents selected by you
- Reminders
- Calendar-style records created inside the app
- Notes, tags, preferences, and settings
If you choose to export, save, share, email, or back up content, that action may send or store the selected content using services outside Palbook, such as your device sharing tools, cloud storage, email provider, or operating system backup features.
Information We Do Not Collect
Palbook does not collect the following through Palbook servers:
- Your name
- Your email address, unless you contact us directly
- Your location
- Your contacts
- Your health or fitness data
- Your photos, videos, files, notes, memories, or pet records
How We Use Information
We use purchase-related information to:
- Unlock premium features
- Restore previous purchases
- Check entitlement status
- Prevent purchase abuse or errors
- Understand purchase performance through RevenueCat
- Show ads to free users and measure ad performance through Google Mobile Ads
Ads and Tracking Choices
Palbook does not ask you to create an account to use the app. In the current release, Palbook does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission and does not intentionally access the iOS Identifier for Advertisers for cross-app tracking. Google Mobile Ads may still process device or advertising-related information as described above to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable requirements.
You can remove ads by purchasing Palbook Premium. You may also be able to control advertising personalization through your device settings or Google account settings, depending on your platform and region.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
Purchase-related and ad-related information may be processed by:
- Apple App Store and Google Play, for payment processing and purchase management
- RevenueCat, for purchase validation, entitlement management, restore purchases, and purchase analytics
- Google Mobile Ads, for ad delivery, consent handling, fraud prevention, and ad performance measurement
- Supabase, for processing user-initiated data deletion requests
Your local app content is not shared with us unless you choose to send it to us, such as by contacting support.
Data Retention
Local app content remains on your device until you delete it, delete the app, or remove it through your device storage or backup settings.
Purchase-related records may be retained by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat as needed to provide purchases, restore purchases, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Ad-related records may be retained by Google Mobile Ads as needed for ad delivery, fraud prevention, consent handling, measurement, and legal compliance.
Data Deletion Requests
Palbook does not require an account. In the app, you can go to Privacy & Data and choose Delete Palbook data. This deletes Palbook data stored on the device, including pet profiles, memories, records, reminders, files managed by Palbook, local backups, and local settings.
If the app can identify a linked RevenueCat customer for this installation, Palbook also submits a request to delete purchase-related records from RevenueCat. A minimal deletion request may be processed through Supabase. Successful deletion requests are removed after processing. If automatic deletion cannot be completed, minimal request details may be retained only as long as needed for manual follow-up.

Some purchase records may need to be retained by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or us where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, or accounting purposes.
Children's Privacy
Palbook is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Purchase-related data is transmitted using secure connections. Local app content is stored on your device and is protected by your device's security settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
